Greetings from Dallas!
Lots of changes since we last talked.
Disney bought Marvel. Time Warner re-organized DC into its own division.
Two sentences that shook comic retailing. What is the fall out? What will change?
Really couldn’t say…Yet. I will have a clearer idea after the retailer summit in Baltimore October 11-13th. It will be the first time the new bosses will meet all us comic retailers and explain their grand strategies.

This is the most important meeting in the comic industry since Marvel bought Heroes World and decided to self distribute in the 1990s.
It may very well be the most important meeting since Marvel and DC decided to sell comics direct through comic stores and not just through newsstands.
I’m generally very positive about the future and see huge up side to both deals. Can’t wait to see the details!
